Neil Collins(President & CEO)Has over 35 years’ experience in providing Labour Relations solutions to a number of Organizations. Neil brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in bargaining Collective agreements, working through mediation/conciliation and representing cases at arbitration.  He has worked across Canada providing services to organizations as well as providing Leadership and front-line Training solutions. Neil is an experienced trainer, instructor, presenter and coach. In a number of  instances he has provided numerous Investigation services and recommendations in regards to Respectful Workplace/ Conflict in the Workplace/Toxic Workplace  complaints in addition to providing mentoring assistance where required. In his past working life he developed Employee Engagement Surveys , prepared the reports, presented the findings and implemented the required changes. He is a great asset to any organization. Neil has been involved in numerous change Management directives and brings that expertise with him to assist any Organization. He has served on numerous Boards and brings his expertise in Strategic Planning ,O.H.&S., Safety and Governance to his clients. 

 


Peter Routliff – Has over 35 years’ experience in Labour Relations. Barb Gessner – Barb over 32 years’ experience in providing front line Labour Relations solutions and training to her previous Employer. She was a sought out individual who provided pragmatic solutions to complex problems. Barb is an experienced trainer, instructor, presenter and coach. Gary Lewendon– Has over 40 years’ experience in Labour Relations field. Gary brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in negotiating Collective agreements, working through mediation/conciliation and representing cases at arbitration.  He was fortunate to have worked throughout Sask. providing Labour relations solutions to numerous organizations as well as providing front-line Training instruction. Gary is an experienced trainer, instructor, presenter and coach. He has also provided numerous Investigation services and recommendations in regards to Respectful Workplace/Conflict in the Workplace/Toxic Workplace  complaints in addition to providing mentoring assistance where required. Tim Mack – Tim has over 30 years’ experience as an experienced trainer, instructor, presenter and coach. He has provided front-line mentoring on numerous occasions to many individuals. Tim is Journeyperson Red seal Electrician and an Instrumentation Technician. Tim brings a hands on approach to any training opportunity and has a wealth of knowledge to bring to any Organization. He has won awards for Outstanding Instructor in his current capacity. He is a great asset to any organization.

 


Rick Anderson – First Class Engineer with over 35 years’ Labour Relations experience. Rick brings years of experience in negotiating Collective agreements ,working through mediation/conciliation and working through difficult negotiations. He has worked throughout Sask. providing Labour relations solutions to organizations as well as providing front-line Training instruction. Rick has been involved in numerous change Management directives and brings that experience to the table. He is an experienced trainer, instructor, presenter and coach. In many instances Rick has  provided numerous Investigation services and recommendations in regards to Respectful Workplace/Conflict in the Workplace/Toxic Workplace  complaints in addition to providing mentoring assistance where required.​

 


Ron Bruce – BComm, C.A., Former Senior Auditor with over 45 years of experience. Ron has held senior Leadership positions in the Energy Industry. He has been involved in numerous change Management and Strategic Planning directives and brings that expertise with him to assist any Organization. Ron brings with him the wisdom of Solomon and has a calming effect in providing fairness and applicable solutions to very difficult problems. In many instances Ron has  provided numerous Investigation services and recommendations in regards to Respectful Workplace/Conflict in the Workplace/Toxic Workplace  complaints in addition to providing mentoring assistance where required.
